Subscription Questions

How does billing work?
Monthly plans bill once a month for that month's visits. Annual plans bill the full year upfront — 10 months of visits, 2 months free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Stripe dashboard or by emailing us — no contract, no cancellation fee. Service continues through the end of your paid period.
What if my yard size or dog count changes?
Just let us know and we'll update pricing on the next billing cycle. No re-signing required.
How is subscription different from paygo?
Paygo is $15/visit weekly or $12/visit twice-weekly (Stripe payment links). Subscription is $10/visit weekly or $12/visit twice-weekly via recurring billing — you save $5/visit weekly and get the convenience of automatic billing.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we can access your yard, we'll take care of it. Leave a gate code in your booking notes.
